Ski clothes for every type of skier

When it comes to finding the perfect ski outfit,it can be super overwhelming! Whether you’re looking for technical, durable clothes to get you through 100+ days of skiing a year, or are just looking for a cute, well-fitting outfit, Weekend Blithe is here for you. We’ve put together three of our current favorite ski/ride fits for three different types of skier gals.

For the hard-charging hero

This girl is athletic, strong and probably not waiting at the bottom. She can’t help it though, she just loves to ski! She’s probably pushing herself and while she’s in great shape, I’m sure she’s breaking a sweat and her legs are burning. This gal needs a breathable, water-resistant kit that will move with her, but she’s not going to let technical features get in the way of looking cool.

Strafe—mountain apparel with uncompromising performance, quality, and style. Based in Aspen, CO, Strafe understands the needs of elite skiers and riders and delivers a trustworthy product.

Bliss 3L Shell Jacket
$569

The Bliss delivers the waterproof protection and durability of a hardshell with the 4-way stretch and feel of a soft-shell.

Scarlett 3L Shell Bib
$549

Made from air-permeable eVent® DV Alpine 3L fabric with a lightweight nylon face that adds durability and waterproofing, these bibs perform equally well on the resort as they do during long days of touring.

For the bluebird groomer gal

While she might be a bit more of a fair-weather skier and is never afraid to stop for a long lunch, she too loves to ski! Technical features are still important, but she is looking for something warm, comfortable and, most importantly, cute!

JORDE—timeless, high-quality skiwear. This new brand designed in Stowe, VT, features chic monochromatic looks that are both sustainable and flattering.

Poppy Ski Jacket
$550

The jacket has an adjustable waist and collar with a slightly cropped yet oversized fit. This puffer is equipped with every pocket you'll need for the slopes, along with YKK AquaGuard® water repellent zippers and and an adjustable powder skirt.

Lennon Ski Pant
$390

The pant is high-waisted, fleece-lined, and has triple-layered, four-way stretch softshell to accommodate all activities from double black diamonds to après ski.

For the après queen

Does she have a ski pass? Yes. Does she need one? If there is a party on the mountain, of course she does. This gal is FUN and will definitely take a couple of runs, but she’s most likely going to be on the afternoon train and will be enjoying a beverage at some point sooner than later. She’s looking for something that will make her butt look really good and allow her to get down on the dance floor.

hoohah—happy clothes for outdoor activities. We are obsessed with this cute-ass brand and love all their creations.
