When we think of living a healthy, low-tox lifestyle, clothing might not be the first thing to come to mind, but we’re starting to think more critically about it. After all, your clothes are rubbing against your skin (aka your biggest organ!) 24/7, and, unfortunately, a lot of what we buy contains harmful dyes, PFAs, phthalates, and other nasty hormone disruptors

We get it, info like this can be daunting, but we’re not here to scare you or bully you into throwing out your entire wardrobe (let’s be real, who can afford to get rid of their entire wardrobe and start fresh?). We’re here to help you make more informed choices going forward. So let’s start simple and take a step in the right direction with some of our favorite staples.
